The Official Motorola Online Store suffered from several issues that prevented it from reaching it’s previous year’s fiscal goals. Beyond lackluster product selection, I worked to begin a unified message to promote the strengths of the store. This led to year-over-year increase of weekly revenues of 27%. This, as well as architecting user-flow interface changes has increased conversion by over 45%.

When Quaker decided to launch a site dedicated to it’s Snack Bars line of products, the agency handling the account decided to outsource the deployment. The agency defined the wireframes and design. I was responsible for the construction, database development and deployment.

In an effort to update the functionality of their Science Institute site, Gatorade moved from flat HTML/PHP to a content management system, SiteFinity. In the process, requests for calendaring events, user-contributed articles as well as more robust education content complete with quizzes and immediate scoring were also added to the scope. The US site for the Gatorade Sports Science Institute is now the hub of communication between scientists that Gatorade had desired.

BoschTools needed a little help when re-launching their flagship site. The US Store was in need of a fresh, updated look, as well as XHTML-compliant CSS coding, and supporting wireframes. After working with Bosch to define the overall look and feel of the site, wireframes and design guidelines were developed, approved and CSS style sheets were delivered to the Bosch development team in short order - all keeping in corporate mandates regarding CSS style structure, typography limitations and style guidelines.
